Updated 17:22 We’ve just learn that the building that was on fire has now collapsed.
It’s understood that there was no one in the building.
There are five appliances there plus a Simon Snorkel, an aerial appliance.

There’s a house fire on Pan Estate that has just started. Fire engines are still being called out to attend.
Thanks to Julian who called VB (898 777) after seeing smoke covering Coppins Bridge.
We called the Fire Control on the Island who told us that it’s a house in Royal Exchange.
Our thoughts are with those concerned.
