There are delays of up to 30 minute on the Island Line between Shanklin and Ryde Pier Head, National Rail have just announced.
They estimate this will run until 3pm this afternoon.
Update 12.05pm
The earlier problems have now been resolved.

Last week the line was out of action for a day due what they described as “Poor railhead conditions“.
