Although they’re not everyone’s cup of tea, there are plenty people out there who are big fans of Irish pop duo, Jedward.
We heard via @KirstieLouiseS that one such fan from the Isle of Wight was lucky enough to have a long chat with one of her idols recently. Amber Kennerdale tells us more about getting up-close and personal with Edward of Jedward. Ed
John and Edward were in London finishing off their recording for the second album.
A few friends and I decided to go up and wish them good luck, as we knew that they were flying back to Ireland to perform to Barack Obama.
Spotted outside hotel
We saw the twins later that evening outside the Mayfair hotel where they always come out and spend time with their fans.
We started speaking to Edward himself and a few us went into my friend’s car where we could have a proper chat with him and catch up on all the new things they’ve been doing.
It also allowed us to congratulate them on Eurovision and let them know how proud of them we all were (even if we weren’t Irish).
When I saw him, he was like ‘Hey Amber from the Isle Of Wight’, so it was nice being able to spend time with him and a couple of my friends whilst John was outside with all of the other fans.
