Isle of Wight photographer selected for exhibition at Saatchi Gallery

The London Art Collective selected Vincent Dupont-Blackshaw’s photographic assemblage, Intervals No. 18 (Tokyo), for its international group exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery in London.

ArtEvol 2026: A View from Everywhere ran between 3rd and 11th October 2026.

Vincent, who lives on the Isle of Wight, said,

“It was quite an extraordinary and proud moment to see my work exhibited at the Saatchi Gallery alongside the work of artists from around the world.”

He has posted photographs from the event on his Instagram.

Different places, different moments
Intervals No. 18 (Tokyo) belongs to a longer-running body of work.

He says,

“The piece forms part of Intervals, my ongoing practice in which I bring together two or three photographs made in different places and at different moments.

“Rather than treating each photograph as a complete image, I use photographs as material, creating new relationships through colour, scale, gesture, placement and visual rhythm.”

Quiet moments in public spaces
Vincent says,

“Within this wider project, Interior Landscapes explores the imagined inner lives of people encountered in public spaces.

“These assemblages consider what someone might be thinking about, remembering or dreaming of during a quiet moment of suspension.”
