It's been ten years since the inspirational Asa Singleton passed away. His Dad, Paul, has taken part in many fundraising challenges in Asa's memory to help others affected by the rare genetic disease, Neurofibromatosis 2 (NF2) and raised over £8,000. Missed, but never forgotten.

When Blake Nash was riding scooters at the skate park during his school years, he says he was mocked by others. A few years later and he has a growing scooter business with nationwide chain, Halfords, being the latest stockist of his products. He says that when things get tough, "you’ve just got keep going".

People Power strikes! Two fingers to the council as Islanders build their own new road on Undercliff Drive
Residents of Undercliff Road are sick of Isle of Wight council and Island Roads having done nothing solid over the last eight months to re-provide vehicle access to their homes. Knowing this, a group of Islanders have got together and built a road themselves, as a big 'Up Yours!'
