The Isle of Wight’s Project:Opera is inviting student and amateur singers to join them for a reflective Cantata for Lent.
Soprano and Voice Coach Annalisa Vaughan, explains,

The piece is composed by prolific Isle of Wight musician, conductor and composer Steve Parker, with lyrics by Anthony Swaby.
“We would like this beautiful choral piece to be an ecumenical project, everyone is welcome, although some experience of choral singing and reading music will help.”
Weekly rehearsals begin on Thursday 1st February, 6pm, at Aspire, Ryde, with a final final workshop and performance taking place at Aspire on Saturday 16th March.
Rehearsals will be run by Steve Parker, with warm ups and vocal support by Annalisa.
Applications welcome from Sopranos, Altos, Tenors and Basses to [email protected] or phone 07757 965339.
