Hooke Hill will be closed from 6.30am until 6pm on approximately 3 to 5 days (Mondays to Fridays) starting on Wednesday 16 March 2016. The closure is from School Green Road to Copse Lane for carriageway and footway repairs, resurfacing, and drainage works by Island Roads The route for diverted traffic will be: A3055 School Green Road, Tennyson Road and The Avenue, A3054 Colwell Road and Hill Lane, Pixley Hill and Copse Lane.
Nettlestone Hill / Nettlestone Green will be closed from 6.30am until 6pm on approximately 3 to 5 days (Mondays to Fridays) starting on Tuesday 15 March 2016. The closure is from Caws Avenue to the Northern end of Nettlestone Green triangle for carriageway and footway repairs, resurfacing, and drainage works by Island Roads. The route for diverted traffic will be: Eddington Road, Upper Green Road, Carpenters Road, A3055 Beaper Shute, Brading Road and Marlborough Road, Appley Road, Calthorpes Road, Pondwell Hill and Nettlestone Hill.
Elenors Grove, Fishbourne will be closed from 7.30pm until 6am on approximately 5 to 8 nights (Mondays to Fridays) starting on Wednesday 16 March 2016. The closure is from Fishbourne Lane to Quarr Hill for carriageway and footway repairs, resurfacing, and drainage works by Island Roads. The route for diverted traffic will be: A3054 Kite Hill, High Street (Wootton) , Station Road, Briddlesford Road, Downend Road, A3056 Arreton Street, Hale Common, Newport Road, A3055 Sandown Road, Lake, Hill, Broadway, Avenue Road, Morton Common, Morton Road, New Road, High Street (Brading), Rowborough Lane, Beaper Shute, Brading Road, Marlborough Road, Appley Road, B3330 Alexandra Road, St Johns Hill, St Johns Road, Green Street, Argyll Street, Pellhurst Road, Binstead Road, Binstead Hill and Quarr Hill. All vehicles can use Great Preston Road in a Northern direction and light traffic (up to 6ft 6in in width)can use Great Preston Road in a Southbound direction.
