BESTIVAL MUSIC EVENT:
Various Roads about Robin Hill; Arreton; Cowes; East Cowes; Newport; Havenstreet; and Ryde. Speed limits; pedestrian restrictions; parking restrictions; one ways; and road closures will be in operation at various locations and times between 5 and 16 September for the Bestival music event. BEMBRIDGE:
Embankment Road Temporary traffic signals will be in operation between 6 and 8 September for a new water connection by Southern Water. For further details contact Southern Water.

CHALE:
Kennel Lane between Emmett Hill and Berry Shute. This road will be closed between 30 August to 5 September for carriageway resurfacing works. For further details contact Island Roads on 01983 822440
CHILLERTON:
Berry Shute / Billingham Shute between Main Road and Berry Shute This road will be closed between 6 to 12 September for carriageway resurfacing works. For further details contact Island Roads on 01983 822440
CRANMORE:
Yarmouth Road between Main Road, Ningwood and Elm Lane . This road will have temporary traffic signals between 5 and 9 September for ditch clearance works. For further details contact Island Roads on 01983 822440
EAST COWES:
Esplanade will be closed from 2.30pm on Friday 25 April 2014 for the foreseeable future between 375 metres to the northeast of Cambridge Road and the end of the highway 860 metres to the northeast of Cambridge Road. There is no alternative route for traffic. This closure is necessary to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road due to a landslip. Alfred Street between Adelaide Grove and Clarence Road. This road will be closed between 5 and 8 September for a new gas connection. For further details contact SGN.
GODSHILL:
Shanklin Road between Canteen Road and High Street. This road will be closed between 5 and 9 September for carriageway resurfacing works. For further details contact Island Roads on 01983 822440
LAKE:
Ranalagh Road / Cliff Road / Cliff Path from 1200hrs on Friday 18 July 2014 for the foreseeable future the following roads / path will be closed to vehicular traffic: Cliff Road / Cliff Path will be closed from point 55 metres to the northwest of the junction with Ranalagh Road to point 185 metres to the south west of the junction with Cliff Gardens (the southern boundary of number 6). Ranalagh Road will also be closed from Cliff Road to a point 10 metres to the west of Cliff Road. During the period of closure there is no alternative route for vehicles. NEWPORT:
Crocker Street between St James Street and Holyrood Street. This road will be closed on 4 September for BT cabling works. For further details contact BT Openreach.
RYDE:
Great Preston Road between Smallbrooke Lane and Alexandra Road. This road will be closed until 6 September for Southern Water water main repair works. For further details contact Southern Water.
Marlborough Road between Salisbury Road and Westridge Cross. Temporary traffic signals will be in operation on 4 September for works by BT Openreach For further details contact BT Openreach.
Marlborough Road between Appley Road and Arundel Road. Temporary traffic signals will be in operation from 6 to 13 September for a new service connection by SGN

SHANKLIN:
Cliff Path will be closed from 9.30am on Monday 20 January 2014 for the foreseeable future to pedestrians from Skew Bridge Path to Winchester House Car Park. The closure is required due to erosion/ land movement. During the period of closure the alternative route for pedestrians will be: Skew Bridge Path, A3055 Sandown Road and Winchester House Car Park. High Street
Temporary traffic signals will be in operation by 63 High Street between 1 and 8 September by Southern Water for works to repair a leak. For further details contact Southern Water
ST HELENS:
Latimer Road between Embankment Road and Vine Road. This road will be closed for 5 to 20 days and nights for carriageway resurfacing works between 29 July to 30 September. For further details contact Island Roads on 01983 822440
ST LAWRENCE:
A3055 Undercliff Drive will remain closed from St Catherine’s Road to Seven Sisters Road (Western Junction), between Barrington Lodge, near to the western junction with Seven Sisters Road and Mirables which is located about a mile towards Niton. Following significant ground movement in the area in early February 2014, Undercliff Drive has been physically closed between Mirables (in the west) and a point 560 metres to the West of Seven Sisters Road (in the east) for safety reasons. There is now no access for vehicles or pedestrians. A formal road and footpath closure will be in operation for the foreseeable future. Access to businesses and attractions in Undercliff Drive will be maintained. During the period of closure the alternative route for traffic will be: Pedestrians: A3055 Undercliff Drive, Public Footpath V81, V77, NT28, NT29, NT30 and A3055 Undercliff Drive. Cyclists and Equestrians: A3055 Undercliff Drive, Seven Sisters Road, St Lawrence Shute, Whitwell Road, Ventnor Road, High Street (Whitwell), Kemming Road, Chatfield Road, Rectory Road, High Street (Niton), Institute Hill, Barrack Shute and A3055 Undercliff Drive. VENTNOR:

WHIPPINGHAM:
Public Footpath N214 will be closed from Crematorium Road to Public Footpath N114 from 9am on Wednesday 5 August 2015 for the foreseeable future. The closure is required until urgent repair works have been undertaken to B171 Whippingham Cattle Creep.
