There are a few people who think that VentnorBlog are down on the IW council, we’re not.
We know that there’s hundreds of people at the council who are doing their very best to provide the best possible service to the people of the Island.
Clearly there are a few parts of the council who don’t appear to be keeping to the same high standards, like some people in the (non-) communications department and planning … but this post isn’t about them … this is about celebrating the great things that the council does.
We’d love to hear about positive experiences that you’ve had with employees of the IW Council. You know the idea.
For example, we were highly impressed with the council’s waste management people who did a great job around the surrounding area during the Festival.
They were right on top of it, with nay a piece of litter in sight, creating a great impression for visitors of how lovely the Island can be – as they do on a weekly basis around the Wight.
So come on, get your fingers on the keyboard and knock out a little piece about your last great experience with council staff.
