There were some pretty heated discussions over the judge’s decisions in last years Isle of Wight Photographer of the Year (IWPOY) competition, so we expect the forthcoming event where the public are invited to meet those judges, might be an interesting night.
Lifestyles was the theme to the 2007 competition, but it was felt by some that the choice of shortlisted entries and those who were given the winning places did not meet this criteria.
So, many will welcome the invitation to members of the public to join the competition judges at Dimbola Lodge and listen to how they arrived at their decisions for IWPOY 2007.
The evening is being hosted by The Isle of Wight Digital Imaging Group who organise the annual competition.
