One of the hottest talents in the world of Folk music, Jim Moray will play Freshwater Memorial Hall this coming Sunday, 8th March.
Far from your standard hey-nonny-nonny fare, Jim’s modern reinterpretation of traditional songs features everything from electric guitar and a laptop to rap, earning him three nominations in the 2009 Radio 2 Folk Awards, and a MOJO award for his album Low Culture, labelled by The Guardian as ‘album of the year’.
