A VB reader contacted us this morning to let us know that at a meeting at Cowes High School today the staff were told that ten jobs would be lost by the end of the year.
We are in the process of checking this with the Isle of Wight council.
As the Island is well aware, there is a major reorganisation of the Island schools with Middle schools being removed. It’s unclear why jobs would be lost at the High schools.
