As regular VB readers will know when we broke the story back in August, the future of the Ventnor Botanic Garden is being discussed at next week’s Cabinet meeting.
Tomorrow morning, the Friends of the Ventnor Botanic Garden will be holding their last informal get together for the season.
You don’t have to be an official ‘friend’ to take part, anyone is welcome to along for a seasonal walk at 10am tomorrow (Tuesday) if the weather is fine.
They will adjourn at 11am adjourn in the Royal Garden Cafe for refreshments.
Do go along and give your support. Hopefully this is only the last walk of the season and not forever.
Meet outside the main entrance of the Visitor Centre or in the Cafe if wet.
Please also take the time to complete the visitor questionnaire, the results of which will be presented to the Cabinet members next week.
