An exhibition of work by Julia Margaret Cameron is heading to New York this autumn.
Work by the British photographer, who lived at Dimbola Lodge in Freshwater, will go on display at Hans P. Kraus Jr. Fine Photographs in New York City during October and November this year.
This will be the first time that anyone outside the family will be able to see more than 20 albumen prints from 1864 to 1874 by the 19th century photographer.
The prints were given by Julia Margaret Cameron to her niece, Adeline Maria Jackson.
So, if you happen to be in the Big Apple later this year, why not check them out.
