Looking at Microplastics with Wightlink and the University of Portsmouth: Isle of Wight Biosphere Festival 2024 (Free)

As part of the Isle of Wight Biosphere Festival, a team from the University of Portsmouth’s Revolution Plastics Institute will be onboard Wightlink’s St Clare to give microplastic talks and demonstrations.

This will include sieving sand for microplastics, looking at plastics in clothes fibres and learning how to minimise plastic pollution.

Where and when
This event takes place on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th June on Wightlink’s St Clare Ferry – time to be confirmed by likely to be 10am-2pm.
