Back for the second year, March of the Mods returns to Ryde on ‘Good Mod Friday’.
Look forward to a full day of Mod fun, live music and DJ sets from noon until late, all in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Last year’s popular event raised a whopping £2,750 for the charity and this year organisers are hoping to hit their target of £5,000.
Once again there’s a top-notch raffle taking place with the chance to win a pair of Bestival tickets, V-Dub tickets, three scooter-themed photographs, a selection of clothes and much more.
All for a good cause
All the bands and DJs are playing for free with the aim of giving you a great time and just as importantly raising a load of cash for a great cause. Tickets are £10 and that gets you into all venues.
During the day if you don’t have a wristband that’s absolutely fine, but don’t be offended if the collecting tin is shaken under you nose at every daytime venue.
Buy your tickets in advance or on the day (if any are left). Available online, as well as from Visual Impact, Newport, all branches of City Plumbing, Ryde Superbowl, Blacksheep Bar and Bagel Wrap on Union Street, Ryde.
