Marketing and social media duties:
The Operations Assistant may be tasked with conducting market research to inform promotional campaigns and the creation of workflows and boards on Monday.com to streamline project management.
The role also includes assisting the digital marketing team with updates to the company’s websites and drafting content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Managing inboxes across these platforms will be another core responsibility.
Administrative and data management
Beyond marketing, the assistant will help with administrative tasks such as booking and changeover arrangements for rental properties. They will also manage data using tools like BooksONIX and Nielsen’s Title Editor, keeping stock lists up-to-date.
Although these are the primary duties, the role may require the successful candidate to assist in other areas of the business. Full training will be provided for any additional tasks.
