As any VB reader will have guessed by now, we’re big fans of all that goes on at Quay Arts in Newport.
One particular exhibition space that we do love is the bridge wall, as you cross from the shop to the cafe area.
This area gets transformed every when an installation is created for the space and work by Island artist, Dave Badman will be taking pride of place come Tuesday.
Perhaps without realising it, you’ve probably seen lots of Dave’s work around the Island. The inter-tidal project over at Totland Pier, the shell in Shanklin Old Village and the work he’s carried out with public artists Ecclestone George.
His new installation at Quay starts Tuesday and runs until 1st September so you have all summer to catch it.
