Person walking on bed of lego bricks

Mountbatten launches Island’s first Lego Walk at Robin Hill fireworks night

Have you got what it takes to brave the bricks?

If you’ve ever stepped on a stray Lego brick, you’ll know those tiny pieces of plastic can bring even the strongest person to their knees. Now imagine walking a gauntlet of them!

A fire walk with a difference
Mountbatten Isle of Wight invites you, brave sole, to take on the Island’s first Lego Walk at Fireworks with Mountbatten, at Robin Hill Adventure Park, on Saturday, 7th November 2026.

Think fire walk – but swap the hot coals for Lego bricks.

Supporting care across the Island
Whether you’re a parent who has encountered an unexpected brick on the kitchen floor or a Lego fan ready for a different kind of fundraising challenge, this is your chance to test your bravery in support of Mountbatten’s 24/7 compassionate care.

Eighty-five per cent of care is delivered in people’s own homes across the Island, with the remainder provided through day and outpatient services at Mountbatten’s John Cheverton Centre and specialist inpatient unit in Newport.

How to take part
A fun activity for the whole family, Lego Walk tickets cost £10 per person (aged five and over) and must be booked in advance.

You are encouraged to raise a minimum of £75 in sponsorship to support Mountbatten’s vital work.

A separate entry ticket to Fireworks with Mountbatten is also required.

Fireworks with Mountbatten
Headlined by Isle of Wight mariachi covers band Vote Pedro and proudly sponsored by Reno Drain, the event offers family-friendly entertainment, culminating in a spectacular fireworks finale.
