The annual Street Fayre which takes place in Madeira road in Seaview had a record turn out on Monday.
The Street was packed with shoppers and visitors – spotted amongst the crowd was comedian Stephen Merchant.
Over 40 stalls selling plants, books, toys, wooden gifts, jewellery, candles and much much more enticed the local residents and visitors.
£1,180 was raised
Music and refreshments made the morning go with a swing and a total of £1,180 was raised for the Partnership which will enable them to finance the next event which is the fabulous Party on the Prom which takes place on Saturday 22nd July.
A definite date for the diary!
