Early May brings yet another great reason to make the effort to visit Ventnor, with the reopening of a popular restaurant, but this time with a new twist.
Stefan and Ramona Dobre (pictured above) are embarking on an exciting new venture as they prepare to open Stripped Brasserie and Bar, promising a fresh concept that they believe patrons will thoroughly enjoy.
Culinary innovations
Ramona is set to take charge of the kitchen, where she will introduce a menu inspired by Mediterranean flavours. Her aim is to create a fusion of dishes that promise to delight those who try them.
Stefan, on the other hand, is applying his extensive experience in the hospitality industry to curate a wine list that pairs seamlessly with the menu.
A hub of social and culinary delights
Stripped Brasserie aims to be a gathering place for both locals and visitors. It will aim to cater to a variety of dining preferences, offering everything from tapas to full meals like Fish of the Day and Kleftico.
“It is now our turn to give back”
Stefan shared his connection to Ventnor,
“Having come to Ventnor six years ago, we have developed a deep connection to this beautiful place and its wonderful residents.
“The warmth and support we have received from the Ventnor community have made us feel right at home, and we are incredibly grateful for that.
“It is now our turn to give back and show our appreciation by offering you a dining experience that reflects our gratitude.”
