Local sausage man, Paul Murphy is the final name on the list of generous supporters for our forthcoming exhibition, VentnorBlog Presents.
We’ve been fans of Paul’s sausages since he first started out on his own about a year and a half ago.
Many of you will recognise him from previously working with Tony Norris in the High Street, but these days he has his own business and you’re more likely to see him at the farmers markets around the Island.
His award winning sausages and dry cured bacon is also available through the successful Real Island Food Co (the ladies who deliver fresh local produce to your door).
Last October he picked up best newcomers award, as well as best alternative sausage with his rabbit, bacon and thyme sausage in Farmer Jack’s Big Sausage Competition.
We thank Paul and Nicky for their loyal support and hope that unless you’re a veggie, you’ll give his sausages a go. We’re sure that you’ll agree they are fantastic.
