Plastic Mermaids confirmed for Isle of Wight Festival Big Top

Isle of Wight band Plastic Mermaids have played Isle of Wight Festival many times over the last decade, but this year have been elevated to playing in The Big Top.

Isle of Wight Festival list week added PM to the bill, as well as Brooke Combe, CMAT, Jamie Webster, Joesef, LF System, Lottery Winners, Lovejoy, Peter Hook & the Light and Sabrina Carpenter.

They join headliners Pulp, George Ezra, The Chemical Brothers and Robbie Williams to kickstart this year’s festival season on 15th-18th June.

Isle of Wight Festival debut
Breakthrough production duo LF System, who topped the UK chart with single “Afraid To Feel”, will make their Isle of Wight Festival debut on Thursday on the Big Top stage.

Liverpool cultural figure and indie rock singer Jamie Webster will also be playing on the Island for the very first time.

Indie-pop
Scottish indie-pop singer-songwriter Joesef will perform tracks from his debut album ‘Permanent Damage’, which was released earlier this year.

Edinburgh-born singer-songwriter Brooke Combe, who went viral with her rendition of the unofficial Scottish anthem ‘Yes Sir I Can Boogie’, also joins the line-up.

More Big Top action
Brighton rock band Lovejoy will open the Big Top on Sunday.

Also confirmed are indie newcomers Lottery Winners, Irish singer-songwriter CMAT and Peter Hook and the Light, led by iconic Joy Division and New Order bassist Peter Hook.
