Detectives investigating the disappearance of a Isle of Wight man have found a body.
A man’s body was discovered in Gurnard just after 8.00pm on Wednesday, April 30.
Formal identification has yet to take place, but the family of Michael Hawkewell has been informed of the discovery.
The death is currently being treated as non-suspicious and a file will be passed to the coroner in due course.
