The deadline to comment on plans to redevelop the Royal York Hotel in Ryde is fast approaching.
The application to develop the derelict former hotel into a new thirty-bed hotel, with four separate apartments, has attracted very positive support from the local area.
Of the 26 comments on the application, only one does not support the application, expressing concerns over parking.
The public consultation period closes on Friday 31 January. You can add your comments through the council’s planning Website.
