Despite repeated attempts by refuse collection crews to pick up waste and recycling, due to the icy conditions refuse will not be collected from the following locations today (Wednesday 1 December):
Ventnor:
Tulse Hill
Wheelers Bay
Grove Road
Southgrove Road
Lowtherville Road (part of)
Chale:
The Hermitage
Niton:
Crocker Lane
Residents are advised to store their waste and recycling appropriately and put it back out on their usual collection day the following week.
Residents who are due to have their waste collected on Thursday 1 December should leave their waste out as normal. Should waste and recycling not be collected by the end of the day, residents should store it appropriately and place it back out the following week.
