Further to Jon Young’s article earlier in the week on the reinstatement of bus services to residents in the Niton Undercliff, we have a follow-up.
Jon has informed us that Southern Vectis have now made an announcement that the Route 6 bus would be serving the ‘Buddle loop’ from Monday.
The announcement was made on their Facebook page on Friday at 4.30pm
They said,
From Monday 25th November Buses on Route 6 currently diverted via Whitwell because of the closure of the Undercliff will additionally operate via the Buddle Inn, calling at Niton Baptist Church, Undercliff Garage, Castlehaven, Buddle Inn and Sandrock Road.
