Interim principal for Ryde Academy, Eric Jackson, said today,
“There was an upbeat atmosphere at Ryde Academy this morning as a number of students celebrated really strong results. The improvements in the number of A grades seen in 2014 has been sustained and there are good results in a number of subject areas.
“There was also lots of activity in the 6th form campus with students enrolling for Year 12 for September.
“Well done to all those students who worked so hard to achieve their results and many thanks to the parents and staff that supported them. I am really confident that under the new leadership of Joy Ballard, from September, that all students will have the confidence in and support of the Academy to achieve excellent results in future years.”
