Last Tuesday’s event was a five mile race along Ryde seafront and first home was Tom Blackwell in 31.51, second was Les Cupis in 33.46 and third was Steve Goodier in 35.47.
First lady was Sarah Kavanagh in 36.05, second was Julie King in 37.02 and third was Sally Roberts in 39.36.
Over the weekend seven Harriers took part in the latest Hampshire cross country race at Goodwood and this saw Sarah Kavanagh home first in a time 25.33, second was Mary Norman 26.59 and third was Julie King in 28.15.
In the men’s race first home was Tom Blackwell in 35.46, second was Les Cupis in 36.50, third was Paul Charlton-Smith in 43.46 and fourth was Glyn Jenkins in 47.20.
