Residents have an opportunity to comment on plans to demolish part of the Spithead Business Centre in Lake.
Plans have been lodged with the Isle of Wight council and are open to comment to build an Aldi supermarket and associated parking on the site.
The application states the new supermarket will create 15 full time and 25 part time positions and will be open from 8am until 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sundays.
