Prices for using the Cliff Lift at Shanklin are to be reduced while Osborne Steps are closed to the public as a result of ground stability issues affecting the retaining walls.
The lift will begin 2023 operations on Saturday 1st April and for the time being there will be a flat rate of £1 return (instead of £2 for adults/OAP and £1.50 junior).
The temporary measure will stay in place until the steps are reopened.
