Importance of keeping countryside gates closed


If you're using footpaths or bridleways make sure gates are always closed. Don't assume because one is open that it's supposed to be.

Revolutionary food moulds help revive enjoyment in meal times

The Gouldings in Freshwater have started to use the revolutionary food moulds for people with dysphagia, a condition that makes swallowing solid food difficult. The results have been very positive.
