Police on the Isle of Wight have charged a man with weapons offences.
On Saturday 16th July, officers arrested a 66-year-old man in Mitchell Avenue, Ventnor.
Knife and imitation firearm
He was subsequently charged with possession of a knife and possession of an imitation firearm.
The man, of Landguard Manor Road in Shanklin, was remanded in custody and will appear at Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court today (18th July).
