Ryde Regatta organisers are calling on Ryde’s businesses and organisations to help support this year’s regatta at the beginning of July.
The annual Regatta always relies on the generosity of local and national companies to help raise the funds that ensure this event continues to run successfully both now and in the future.
This event, which is free of charge, appeals to families and couples alike due to the wide variety of entertainment that is on offer throughout the weekend.
However to enable the Regatta to continue in its current capacity with well known Island bands and the large firework display on the Saturday night we are looking for financial support from within the local community.
Ryde Regatta, run by Ryde Town Council has always supported local charities and community groups within the Ryde area with the support from Ryde Lions and the Rotary Club of Ryde. For businesses and individuals who wish to offer sponsorship they can be guaranteed that their funds will be kept within Ryde and will benefit the whole community.
