Liz Van Wyk from the Isle of Wight Bee Keeping Association will be running her bee keeping classes again next year.
The 2012 course was hugely popular and filled up very quickly, so if this is something you’re interested in, make sure you register asap. The courses will be run on behalf of the teaching apiary at Quarr Abbey.
There’s a choice of a Tuesday or Thursday evening – with just one place left on the Thursday and five on the Tuesday – beginning on 25th and 27th January, and taking place in Ryde between 7pm and 9pm.
There will be six theory sessions again, followed by some practicals at Quarr.
The cost of the course is just £30.
