Tonight sees the launch of the first Isle of Arts Festival take place in Ventnor.
Following the private launch party, American comic, Rich Hall will be opening the festival in the huge marquee set up in Salisbury Gardens (by the Visitors Coastal Centre).
Tickets are now sold out for the comedy, but if you’re quick you can still grab tickets to see The Hamsters play live from 9.30pm.
The band, who have been together for 25 years, are playing their last few gigs this year before they hang up their tour jackets, so this could be the last time to see the band described by Suzy Quatro as “F****** BRILLIANT”.
What others say
But don’t just take Suzy’s word for it, here’s what other greats in the music world have said about the band.
We love The Hamsters here on the show, they’re one of our favourite bands. You must see them, there’s so much energy from their live performances
