If you’re a tenant with South Wight Housing Association, you may have already heard about changes to the Association.
James Butcher Housing Association Limited and South Wight Housing Association Limited, have amalgamated to create a single housing association, Southern Housing Group Limited.
Marking the amalgamation, Southern Housing Group’s Chief Executive, Tom Dacey, said:
“This is a positive step for Southern Housing Group; our new structure means that residents will have greater opportunities to have a say in how local services are delivered, through new ways to become involved.
“Our simplified structure will also enable us to make further economies of scale across our geographic spread. The money we will save will be used to improve our services for our residents and local neighbourhoods across all parts of the Group.”
