The choir and several ensembles from St. Faith’s School from Cambridge will be putting on an afternoon concert on the Wight during the forthcoming half term next week.
The concert takes place at Ventnor Bandstand on Thursday 28th May 2009 from 2pm.
Look forward to a varied and entertaining selection of works from many genres from classical to jazz.
Pieces by the chamber choir will alternate with instrumental and solo pieces from wind and brass ensembles and Crash Attack, the percussion group.
Selected pieces will include Songs from Seussical the Musical, Panis Angelicus by C. Franck, Stick March by Mark Aldous and La Cumparsita by Rodriguez.
It won’t cost you a penny and everyone is welcome to what promises to be a very enjoyable afternoon in glorious Ventnor Park.
