If Storm Eunice put you off heading to the Mega Art Sale in Ventnor over the weekend, worry not.
There are still lots of great bargains on offer and all sorts of amazing art supplies, paint, screen printing frames, brushes, books, patterns, lots of fab fabrics, an unexpected range of sew-on badges, all sorts of haberdashery etc.
The artists at the unit, Julie and Teresa, have been asked to vacate by the end of the month, and with nowhere else to move to, they’re having to downsize. So not only will you be able to pick up a bargain, you’ll be helping them out too.
Where and when
You’ll find them on St Boniface Fields, which is the former school green on the switchback where Leeson Road meets St Boniface Road. Head for the double stacked portable cabins and follow the signs.
