If you are an Island resident aged over 60 or you have a disability then you should qualify for the new free concessionary bus fare scheme run by the Isle of Wight Council.
The new scheme starts in April 1 2008 and will permit free travel not just on the IW but throughout England. First however, you must complete a form and return it with an identification photo before December 14.
