All are welcome to this public meeting taking place on Saturday where the proposed cuts to bus services will be discussed. It'll be your chance to ask questions of Southern Vectis and the council
A fantastic range of vintage buses will be operating services 3, 6, 6B, 7 and 20 over the coming weekend. All are completely free of charge, on a first come, first served basis.
Entry is free, but there is a souvenir programme available which includes timetables for the free bus services, historical notes and a facsimile of the original 1920s guide
Southern Vectis boss says that as other counties see decline in bus travel the Isle of Wight saw 100s of 1000s of extra journeys made by bus in the last 12 months.
With the promise of £40m of funding from various sources, the reconfiguration of Ryde Transport Interchange hasn't been forgotten. It's back on the council's Forward Plan
