The weather forecast for the weekend is outrageously amazing, so make sure you get yourselves out of the house and have some fun.
What better way to spend Saturday afternoon than celebrate the launch of TropicAle, at a family barbecue in the Ventnor Botanic Garden.
There’ll be beer, burgers and much more on offer at the Royal Garden family barbecue.
Launch of TropicAle
The occasion is to celebrate the launch of TropicAle, a delicious new ale made by Island brewery Yates’, using hops grown at Ventnor Botanic Garden.
There’ll be market stalls selling a wide variety of goodies: plants, edible goodies, lovely smelly soaps and a raffle held by Ventnor Botanic Garden Friends’ Society to raise funds for the Garden.
Stall holders and The Royal will also be raising funds for The Friends’.
Add to that live music from the likes of the Shanklin Town Brass Band, Yours and Mine and Gareth Icke and you’re guaranteed a great afternoon out.
