VentnorBlog is very pleased to welcome Rosie Saban to the team for the next few days.
The 23 year old Islander graduated from the University of Sussex in June 2011 with a BA(Hons) in History.
After taking a year out to travel around Asia, Rosie decided to change paths and apply for a journalism course at Highbury College, London.
Seeing behind the scenes
Prior to Rosie starting her course in September, she’s hoping to get an insight into the world of journalism behind the scenes at the VentnorBlog HQ.
She tells us that she’s completely unsure what of she’ll will be doing once she’s finished her course, but hopes that it might reveal itself sometime during the next year.
As well as getting some experience with writing news articles, Rosie will immerse herself in the Ventnor Fringe and Isle of Wight Film Festivals over the next few days, so expect to see plenty of her articles published on VB.
