The Vectis Radio Community Awards 2024 are being held on Friday 15th March, but the window of opportunity to enter closes at midnight tonight (22nd January).
The awards are to honour, celebrate and promote the great work that community and charity organisations do on the Isle of Wight.
Entries are free and are being invited from any Island-based community or charity organisation. There are various categories including nominating individuals who have stood out in fundraising or as a volunteer.
Event organiser Maggie Currie said,
“I’m happy to say that we have received a lot of entries for this year’s awards, but I would hate to think that some organisations miss out on a chance to win an accolade because they were too late to enter.
“Please get your entries in now.
“Our panel of independent judges are eagerly awaiting the entries.”
Don’t miss the deadline
Entries can be made by going to the website and clicking on the link at the top of the home page.
Entries need to be in by midnight tonight (Monday).
