The Ventnor Town Council will be meeting tonight for their regular Plans and Winter Gardens committee meetings.
The Plans meeting will consider a couple of local planning applications, allowing time for members of the public to make statements regarding planning issues.
Following that, the Winter Gardens Committee will discuss whether the future hire of the theatre will include promotions or not.
Also on the agenda, councillors will be discussing a policy for volunteers and monitoring arrangements.
Press and public will be excluded while councillors discuss employment and contractual issues.
