Remember that bit about Obama yesterday morning? – and what a difference it made when people got out of their seats and voted?
Today is the chance for the residents of Ventnor East to get out and vote for a new town councillor – OK it’s not quite the US elections, but for this little slice of Ventnor the impact could be larger.
Polling centre is at Ventnor’s Youth and Community Centre, in Victoria Street, opposite Leslie’s garage and you can vote up until 10pm tonight.
Even if you have mislaid your polling card, don’t worry – just turn up with proof of your address.
