OK … so we’ve heard about the Ventnor Super Loo demolition costs (£25,017) and have accounted for most of the costs of the shell of the building (Substructure – £14,629; External walls – £8,309; Internal walls – £2,617; Structural steelwork – £20,211; Drainage – £7,337)
