Not being knowledgeable about such things, we can only guess what the “Mechanical & electrical” covers.
At the very minimum it’s going to be wiring the place for lights and the hand dryers, isn’t it?
Quite what mechanical is, when Drainage is listed as a separate item can only be guessed at.
Anyways – what do you guess-timate for it?
