Ventnor and Bonchurch have been the talk of the Island (and beyond) for the last few days, so why not make a visit to this beautiful seaside town on Saturday to check out the very first Ingram’s Yard Pop-up Market.
If you’re wondering what Ingram’s Yard is, it’s the site of a former builders’ yard that has been taken on by the innovative and creative bunch from Ventnor Exchange (and Ventnor Fringe Festival, Brave Island etc).
They will be welcoming visitors from 10am to 5pm on Saturday 16th December 2023 (which is also Christmas In Ventnor Day), closing just in time for you to see the lantern parade pass through the town.
This first market will be a bit of test for the Ventnor Exchange team, as they hope to hold regular monthly or fortnightly markets in the Yard come springtime in 2024 – so do come along and show your support.
You’ll find Ingram’s Yard (accessed from Dudley Road) just around the corner from Lesley’s Nutshell on Pier Street.
Ventnor Vintage
Make sure you head into Ventnor Vintage’s haven in the garage at the entrance of the Yard first.
Here, a treasure trove of mid-century marvels are waiting to be rediscovered. Ventnor Vintage is a vibrant homage to the bygone eras, offering a beautiful range of homeware, pottery, glassware, fabrics, clothing, and more, each piece telling its own unique story.

The garage will be bursting with an eclectic mix of authentic vintage items that will make perfect Christmas presents for your family, friends or even yourself.
And there’s more
