Do you recognise this man?
We would like to speak to him in connection with the theft of a handbag from a 16-year-old girl who was waiting for a bus in Ryde.
It happened on Sunday, August 23 at about 9.20pm at the bus stop on St John’s Hill.
Made off with bag
He approached the victim to ask the time, and whilst she was distracted looking at her phone, he picked up her bag and made off in the direction of Great Preston Road.
The suspect is described as white, mids 40s, slight build with grey hair, about 5ft 6ins tall, wearing navy coloured top and light denims.
